 How to Make Steamed Cakes/Steamed Brownies


Ingredients for Steamed Brownies

Eggs 6 eggs
225 grams of sugar
Pasta Brown
Salt to taste
Emulsifier 1 teaspoon of tea
125 grams of flour, sifted, stir cocoa powder dg
Cocoa powder 50 grams, sifter, stir flour dg
Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM) 75 ml
Cooking oil 175 ml
Dark Cooking Chocolate 100 grams, melted, mix the oil dg

How to make

A. Beat eggs sugar, emulsifiers, salt and brown pasta until fluffy and stiff.
2. Enter a mixture of flour and cocoa powder. Stir gently until blended.
3. Enter the oil mixture and chocolate are melted, stirring until blended.
4. Set aside a third of the dough, put the condensed milk and stir well.
For the second batter without sweetened condensed milk, part I steamed for 10 minutes, add

Tips
