Make Steamed Cakes/Steamed Brownies
Ingredients for Steamed Brownies
• Eggs 6 eggs
• 225 grams of sugar
• Pasta Brown
• Salt to taste
• Emulsifier 1 teaspoon of tea
• 125 grams of flour, sifted, stir cocoa powder dg
• Cocoa powder 50 grams, sifter, stir flour dg
• Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM) 75 ml
• Cooking oil 175 ml
• Dark Cooking Chocolate 100 grams, melted, mix the oil dg
★ ★ How to make
A. Beat eggs sugar, emulsifiers, salt and brown pasta until fluffy and stiff.
2. Enter a mixture of flour and cocoa powder. Stir gently until blended.
3. Enter the oil mixture and chocolate are melted, stirring until blended.
4. Set aside a third of the dough, put the condensed milk and stir well.
For the second batter without sweetened condensed milk, part I steamed for 10 minutes, add
SKM dg dough for 10 minutes, the last remaining dough enter without
SKM, continue steaming for approximately 20 minutes. Lift.
Tips ★ ★ For the manufacture of:
